Open Gym

So we have lived in our house for over 5 years and have had the coolest gymnastics gym right across the street that I have finally taken advantage of and wish I had done it sooner. They have open gym for kids every Friday where the kids can just run and play on all the equipment. Carter and his friends had sooo much fun. I am sad we wont have this near by. I even got to play and it was pretty cool.

Eagle Eye

Nate has a super eye for spotting birds and animals. One day when he was leaving our subdivision he spotted a Bold Eagle sitting on a telephone pole. Amazing! who would have ever thought you would see a Bold Eagle in South Chandler AZ. So Nate got the camera to snap some shots. He was so disappointing because the camera focused on the tree instead of the Eagle, but I think he did a great job. What an amazing bird

Birthday

Another year has past and another year older. My birthday fell on a Saturday this year and since we have been needing our Saturdays to get a lot done for the move, we celebrated on Friday. Nate took the whole day off and we had fun. We went to breakfast at my most favorite place in the world, Wildflower Bread Company. Their pancakes are the best! Then we headed to the AZ Children Museum to play. It was such a fun place and so fun to enjoy it with Nate and the kids. Afterward we stopped and got pizza to-go from the best pizza place ever, Bell Italia. What a great day!!!
