Wonderful Trip to Utah

Carter and I got the wonderful opportunity to go to Utah for a week to visit family and help my sister while she had her baby. My dr. said I could fly as long as I was under 34 weeks and the Monday after I got back was my 34 week mark, so I was cutting it pretty close. Nate missed us a ton and kept telling me that I better not go into labor without him. Carter and I were able to visit most of our family on both sides as well as just hang out and play. The main reason for our visit was to help my sister and her family while they had their second child. We played, cleaned, organized, and even had a day out to get pampered with pedicures and some needed haircuts. It was a GREAT afternoon. It was so fun to be there waiting for the phone call to hear about the delivery and his name. All went well and he was born 8lb 12oz and they named him Kaiden Micheal Seal. He is so darling and I am so glad I was able to be there to hold him. The hospital nurse was even nice enough to let Carter in so he could see the baby. It was so cute to watch the smile on his face when he say the baby and wanted to hold him. I am so excited for Carter to meet Baby Girl.

Riding Tina the horse with Parker and Grandma Jo.

We had great weather for a few days and then it snowed for a few days. It was crazy.

We took the kids to Grandma MeeMee's mall to ride the train. Carter and Tuscanee loved it and were so cute.

Easter Weekend

Well we had a wonderful Easter/Conference weekend. Nana and Papa Rick came for a quick weekend and we had so much fun. We picked them up at the airport and Carter was so excited to see them. We headed to the zoo to enjoy the nice weather and fun animals. We had been recommended a couple of times to go visit this Olive Press in Queen Creek, so we thought it would be fun to go there. It is a cute little place and had yummy food and great samples of olives, Olive oil and much more. We ate outside in the olive trees. It was just a nice afternoon. Pretty much the rest of the weekend we played, watched conference, ate yummy food and just enjoyed being together. It was so fun to watch Carter play with his Nana and Papa. He sure loves them. We were sad to see them go, but was thankful they were able to come for a bit.

Nana brought a fun ball launcher that they made together and then launched the balls. He loved it.

One thing that Carter was looking forward to was wrestling with Papa when he came to visit. Carter's signature move is his elbow pound.

Easter morning carter found his basket and enjoyed playing with his new toys. After the first session of conference we noticed that the Easter bunny had left some eggs, we he went and found them all. He has so much fun and wanted to find the Easter bunny too.

Before Nana and Papa left we headed to the Oasis park for a nice walk and flying Carter's new kite. It was warm, but nice to be out. They went home to the snow with nice sun kissed cheeks.

Thanks for coming to visit and for the fun weekend!
