FOOTBALL

Saturday we took Carter to his first live football game. Our friend, Jimmy, from our Scottsdale ward is the quarterback for the Mesa Community College and we have not seen him since before his mission, so we went to the game to watch him play. Carter loved watching them throw the ball, and about every 30 seconds he pretended that he was throwing the ball too. He loved sitting in the bleachers and especially loved half time when we let him run around on the grass.

Carter and Nate walking over to meet Jimmy and welcome the football team back on to the field.
Jimmy is #2 and did an awesome job. The final score was 58-0. He is hoping to get a lot of play time at the school and then be able to transfer to a bigger school and have the experience to play their as well.

Carter stole daddy's hat and was playing peek a boo. He was such a trooper and was very playful even though we were 2 hours past his bedtime.

Even with the wind blowing through his hair he fell asleep on the way home.

Looks like a lot of fun! Cindi, your hair is cute. Did you color it too? I am proud of Carter for sitting through the game. Tuscanee would never have done that.

We really don't get out much. This last weekend was out of the ordinary. It was fun though, and no I did not color my hair.
